Before you message.

Yes, and for two people, one hotel and no border, you probably should. People call us when the trip has parents or small children in it, a crossing, a pilgrimage season, or a country where the flight can be cancelled. If your trip is simple, we will say so.

There is no planning fee. Hotels and suppliers pay us a commission, the same one they pay any agency. Your written plan shows every line, so you can check any hotel against booking direct. Where our price is higher, we say why on that line.

You message the same thread you have been using all along. We have a contact on the ground in every destination we sell, and the plan B was priced before you left. Nobody is left at an airport working it out alone.

The hotel is named in your confirmation with its reference number. If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we tell you before travel, offer an equal or better property at the same distance, and refund any difference.

We will not call any country safe, and we will not call any country unsafe. We link to the live advisories, explain what they mean for your insurance and for consular help, and tell you exactly what we do if conditions change. The decision is yours, and we respect either answer.

We set up every family member's Nusuk account early, watch the slots, and apply the moment they open after you arrive. What we cannot do is promise a time. Nobody can.

Yes. Mosque groups for Umrah, a family of sixteen for Jordan, a wedding party for Bethlehem. Everything is private unless you ask for a group, and if a scholar leads the group we tell you who and how many.

You get our refund and cancellation terms in writing before any deposit, including the hotel and airline terms we cannot override. Where refundable fares and rooms exist, we offer them and show the price difference.
